This plan is available for groups of 4 or more. The reservation time is 150 minutes, and includes the usual all-you-can-drink option, as well as 120 minutes of Premium Malt's and Kaku Highball all-you-can-drink and 5 dishes.We will be happy to discuss the plan menu contents, drink types, time, price, etc.It is also possible to rent the restaurant for private events such as girls' parties, company drinking parties, parties, etc.

● Milanese-style cutlet made with Okinawan pork loin

In Italy, this dish often uses veal, but at our restaurant we carefully use fresh, local pork loin from the prefecture.

The savory breadcrumbs are mixed with plenty of fresh rosemary, giving you a subtle herbal aroma with every bite.

It is cooked slowly in the oven so it is crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside.

The excess oil is removed before the dish is finished, making it light and a delight for female customers.

When serving, try squeezing the lemon on top.

The refreshing acidity brings out the flavor of the pork loin even more.
