● Milanese-style cutlet made with Okinawan pork loin

In Italy, this dish often uses veal, but at our restaurant we carefully use fresh, local pork loin from the prefecture.

The fragrant breadcrumbs are mixed with plenty of fresh rosemary, giving each bite a subtle herbal aroma.

It is cooked slowly in the oven so it is crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside.

The excess oil is removed before the dish is finished, making it light and perfect for female customers.
